Terms & Conditions

1. A provisional booking made via telephone, in person, post or e-mail will remain firm for a period of ten days after which a £75 per week deposit must be paid. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, unless terminated by the caravan owner. You will recieve a letter to confirm your booking by post

2. Outstanding balance payment must be received no later than 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. Should a cancellation be made prior to payment of the full balance, the deposit sum of £75 will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made after the full balance has been paid, 50% of the total hire charge will be payable. If less than 7 days notice of cancellation is received, then the total hire charge will be payable. This remains entirely at the discretion of the caravan owner.

3. The caravan will be available from 4 p.m. onwards on the day of your arrival, could you please advise us of your arrival time so we can arrange to welcome you and isue the key and fob for electric access gate for which there is a £20.00 refundable deposit. In order for us to prepare for our next guests we do ask that you vacate the caravan by 10.a.m. on the day of your departure, we will be there to return any deposits and collect the key and gate fob and the comment form that we hope you have found time to fill in. 

4. The caravan is 6 birth and this number MUST NOT be exceeded.

5. The hirer of the caravan MUST BE 25 or older and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan.

6. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible couples. The holiday park will NOT allow all male or female parties.

7. For hygiene reasons, NO PETS allowed.

8. Strictly NO SMOKING in the caravan.

9. Maximum hire period is 28 days.

10. The area round the caravan must be kept clean and tidy.

11. Speed limits on park roads must not be exceeded.

12. In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to other users of the facilities, the park management reserves the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress or refund.

13. All persons using the entertainment complex must honour the Whitley Bay Holiday Park rules, if not; the management reserve the right to remove you from the complex/park, without redress or refund.

14. Please keep noise to a minimum and show consideration to other caravan owners and occupiers at all times, again, management reserve the right to remove you from the park.

15. Litter and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas provided for by the park.

16. Ball games are to played in designated areas and not between the caravans.

17. Please remove all dirty footwear on entering the caravan.

18. Do not disarm smoke alarms. Press hush panel located on the alarms themselves, should they be activated during cooking.

19. All electrical appliances and lights must be switched off when leaving the van.

20. Duvets and pillows are provided, however sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and other linen items such as towels and t-towels are not provided.

21. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to valuables, personal property including motor vehicles, whether malicious or accidental during your stay.

22. Personal travel insurance is not included in the cost of your holiday and, if required, remains the responsibility of the occupant.

23. Any breakages/damages must be reported to the owner.

24. We ask that all children are supervised by an adult at all times whilst in the caravan.

25. ALL PARK RULES APPLY AT ALL TIMES.
